Do you consider yourself a conscientious shopper? What
persuades
consumers to put certain items in their grocery cart? In a recent Greenfield Online and Invoke Solutions census representative Invoke Live Session, over 250 North American respondents were asked about their experience when grocery shopping and brand loyalty.
The 97.8% of Greenfield Online respondents stated they shop at supermarkets, while 35.7% shop at farmer’s markets and another 33.8% shop in specialty/gourmet food stores. (Answers were not mutually exclusive) Greenfield Online respondents were asked when buying groceries, specifically foods and beverages, what factors did they feel are important besides price.
