GoReport™ is Greenfield Online’s new secure, Web-based easy analytic tool that enables you to view your data in real-time. With GoReport, users can simply click on the link provided by their Project Director, or access GoReport through GoClient, our Client Portal to view their project data. With the touch of a button GoReport will help clients create data presentations on the fly. This new reporting capability is in beta with selected clients and is expected to be available for full launch in the latter half of the fourth quarter 2008.
Upon logging in, data will be presented in the aggregate, but will also be able to be filtered by question or answer selection. Clients may choose the reporting period they wish to analyze, i.e. data gathered during one day or perhaps the entire project period, and once a client create a report, data will continue to populate as responses are gathered. GoReport will allow clients to customize the presentation format, download it or even forward it to a colleague or to their own client. Imagine never having to leave your desk to analyze and view survey reporting data in real-time.
Greenfield Online has integrated GoReport with the GoClient™ client portal so that all of your information is in one place from bids through project work orders, and now data reporting.
