In January, we announced the official launch of GoReport, our Web-based easy-to-use analytic tool that enables clients to view data in real-time. Clients have responded with rave reviews!
Upon logging in, data is presented in the aggregate, and can be filtered by question or answer selection. Further, data is updated in real-time and will continue to populate as responses are gathered. Users can use GoReport to create PowerPoint® presentations with the click of a button, and data continues to populate over time, enabling clients to being analyzing data while their survey is still in field – even verbatim responses!
GoReport will allow clients to customize the presentation format, download it or even forward it to a colleague or to their own client. Imagine never having to leave your desk to analyze and view survey reporting data in real-time.
Greenfield Online has integrated GoReport with the GoClient™ client portal so that all of client information is in one place from bids through project work orders, and now data reporting!
