Welcome to the 2009 version of the Greenfield Online/Ciao Surveys quarterly newsletter! We’d like to take this opportunity to provide you with insight into the “goings on” at Greenfield Online/Ciao Surveys, and provide you with information about the industry.

As we all know, market research is a vital and necessary service to marketers. Even in difficult economic times, the need for market research remains important, and we’re finding that companies are looking for their market research firms for additional insight and meaningful data.

To answer this call, we’ve recently launched GoReport™ a new analytic tool that enables our clients to begin conducting analysis while their surveys are still in field. GoReport and tools like it, enable market researchers to begin extracting insights as soon as their survey launches – greatly improving productivity and compressing timelines.
